Full Automatic Alcohol Filling and Capping Machine is mainly used for plastic PET bottles and glass bottles. It is 3 in 1 machine composed of bottle rinsing, filling capping. The machine adopts international advanced technology. Filling valve adopts high precision mechanical filling valve, with the character of no bottle no vacuum pumping. It's able to fill wine, vodka, whisky, brandy and some other alcohol liquids.

Features:

1. Open gear combined gear box transmission, with on-off device. Frequency conversion velocity modulation device extends the speed modulating scope.

2. This machine has self oil lubrication device so that the lubrication points could be lubricated regularly in time. The machine is of high efficiency, low noise and long life.

3. Centering guide is of double guide bar type, with the function of pre-covering.

4. wine jar and capping head are driven by manual, also can be driven by electricity to fit different size of bottles.

5. The material height in the tank is controlled by electric probe to assure the precise liquid level.

6. Explosion Proof motors, fans and cabinet to ensure the safety operation of high alcohol content liquids.
